Data and purposes
We collect name, email, area of interest, message and language electronically through the contact form to answer inquiries and discuss projects. A salted IP hash is used for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored in our application database. Alex messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to answer questions and are not stored or logged by this application. Please do not send personal or sensitive information in chat.
Legal grounds
For project inquiries, processing necessary to take steps towards a contract relies on KVKK Article 5(2)(c); responding to other inquiries and protecting the service relies on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights. Where GDPR applies, the corresponding grounds are Article 6(1)(b) and (f). Reading this notice is an acknowledgement, not consent.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 storage, email delivery and Workers AI. Data is shared with this infrastructure provider to operate the service and may be processed outside Türkiye, including in the United States. International transfers require an applicable KVKK Article 9 mechanism and, where relevant, GDPR Chapter V safeguards; the applicable contractual mechanism must be verified before launch. Data may also be disclosed when legally required.
Retention
Contact messages are retained for approximately 12 months (365 days plus the five-minute cleanup interval); failed cleanup is retried and monitored. Contact abuse counters expire after one hour; chat counters expire within one day. Chat content is not retained by this application.
Your rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, obtain information about processing and recipients, request correction or deletion when conditions apply, ask that recipients be notified, object to an adverse result based exclusively on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Where GDPR applies, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights apply, together with the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests to destek@sezerlabs.com; we may need proportionate identity verification. KVKK requests are answered within 30 days; GDPR requests normally within one month. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
